Just a heads up for folk looking for motorcycle insurance ... avoid Mackenzie Hodgson Insurance.

Mackenzie Hosgson’s sales team promised to call me back several times when I was looking for an insurance quote but never did, despite giving me a specific time ....

Even contacting them online failed to get help so after several goes I just gave up.

... I wonder how their claims service would be if their sales service is this poor!?

There's a specific board for "Praise, Vents & Warnings" which this is, seems strange to register for a forum JUST to slag off a company.

Thanks for the suggestion .... I’m just a biker trying to help others choose insurance when there are far better companies out there.
