Cost/Ease of moving thermostat?

Good evening,
Just wondering if anybody has an idea how easy it is to relocate a thermostat? I'm in a new build with the thermostat in the living room, however the house is 3 story so it my mind it makes more sense to have it on the middle landing.
Currently we are nice and warm in the living room, the thermostat reaches temperature and turns off the heating, yet upstairs and in particular the top floor is still very chilly. Currently turning the thermostat up so the heating stays on longer yet we are getting very warm down stairs!
Many thanks.

A wireless thermostat is easy to install - the receiver unit is connected to the boiler and the controller can then be located where it's most convenient (you can move it around until you find the ideal location). A programmable stat would allow you to set different temperatures at differents times of the day and even on different days of the week.
It doesn't take a great deal of expertise although if you dont know what you are doing it's best to get someone who does or an electrician to install it as mains voltages are probably involved
Lots of them here https://www.plumbnation.co.uk/site/wireless-programmable-thermostats/
This one can even be controlled by a smart phone https://www.plumbnation.co.uk/site/salus-rt310i-smartphone-controlled-thermostat/Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
Sounds like your system is unbalanced. Also, I wonder if your pump can cope. When I renovated a 3 storey house, the engineer said it need to be a 'semi-industrial' pump to cope with the height.0

Thanks for this information, I'll start researching these now.0
