Company trading as UK Energy Assessment - anyone have any insight?

Had a call today on my landline from 01784819406 (bet this is a spoofed number).

I was a little slow getting to the phone and I answered to hear a recorded message saying they were UK Energy Assessments and that no-one to available at the time to take the call, the call was NOT important and they would try to contact me later.

I have used this company, and I would never use them again.
Work was to replace the glass in the existing frames
The product was OK but the the company I was dealing with were terrible

Pressurised sales
Misleading information given by salesman
Wrong window specified by estimator
It took them 6 visits to complete the work
The first set of fitters were next to useless left black marks all over the window frame and after 3 months I am still finding their rubbish in the garden
Other fitters were OK
All fitters were in a great rush to move onto the next job
It was generally down to me to spot mistakes like they hadn't changed three of the windows and many other faults
I wrote a letter of complaint sent by registered post and asked them to reply requesting 5% off the total bill (which I had already paid) to be returned for all my wasted time and effort to get the job done satisfactorily.- no reply
After several phone calls I got hold of a director who promised to get back to me, when I phone he was never available to speak to me.

I have just had 2 calls from these people 'offering' an energy assessment paid for by "the big 6" and stressing they are NOT trying to sell anything. I am very glad I checked this out and will certainly NOT be letting them across my threshold. They were quite insistent about making an appointment, I dread to think what they would be like to deal with if you let them in.
