I have switched from SSE to British Gas Duel Fuel Energy Plus Protection Green June 2020, as from 20 June 2019.
3 + months later to date have not received The £25 into my bank account.
On The cheap energy website my account is still showing ‘Switch in Progress’.
Have contacted new Supplier and they have confirmed Switch fully completed.
So why am I still seeing 'Switch in Progress' and not received my cash back?
Problem with Moneysaving expert is no contact number !!!
