Hi, apologies if this has been posted on the wrong board. I have just tried to claim a refund on my ATOL protected holiday booked in January, and was supposed to be going on 6/Dec/19. I have tried twice now using the online claim form but on both occasions I have got the following message:
An unhandled fault has occurred while processing the flow. Please contact your system administrator for more information. Any Ideas on where I go from here? Thanks in advance for any help with this

I have also just tried to do this twice and received the same message, it doesn’t show any indication as to where to go from there 0

It's just busy , I got that the first time , want through the 2nd time , I used the "back" button on my browser to go back one step. When successful you will be given a screen with a reference number to note fown

How strange that the two of you just hapopened to be looking at this forum and were all ready to sign up and post these replies within minutes of the OP being made. You must have both been primed and ready to go the moment it appeared!
To OP. Is there no telephone number to call for advice?0 -
Just an update about my claim. Tried again when I got in from work earlier, and everything went through without any problems. Got a reference number and they said it could take up to 60 days to get sorted. Obviously me just being a bit impatient. Yes, there was a telephone number, just never saw it. Doh. Thanks again for the replies and comments0

I am getting nowhere with my claim. I booked with Thomas Cook a holiday to Las Vegas I paid the balance on tesco credit card. My claim keeps being rejected as my atol protection is with Funways Travel.
My holiday was still available to go on but could not afford to repay as had already paid Thomas Cook so cancelled it with Funway Travel.
My question is how do I get my money back no one will give me an answer. Credit card shows as paying Thomas Cook. Contacted caa who are no help. Someone has suggested using section 75 claim?
Any advice would be great.

Speak to your card provider.
Take it that you booked via a travel agent, if you did then they should have refunded you and then claimed the money back.Life in the slow lane0 -
Yes I book in a Thomas Cook shop0

If it was booked in a T/C shop then CCA should be refunding assuming that it is a package holiday.Life in the slow lane0
