That’s awful ! I defo don’t want a CCJ. I’m so
Annoyed because I kept chasing, and chasing. And they was investigating for ages and ages as it went over to their security team. And I was told not to pay anything until they finished their investigation. But they never emailed me or called or sent a letter to say they reduced it back to 380..
and now I’m in this mess. I hate very. Soon as it’s cleared I’m closing my account and never going back !!!!
It's probably not going to go away quickly. If you don't have the cash then look for a 0% money transfer card to clear it now. Like has been said, you can always keep trying to claim back the interest etc after. Keep on at them for it.0 -

I believe this should be taught in schools, alongside citizenship classes. As someone who's taught maths for the past eight years, I can categorically say that it is taught in schools.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

I think this problem sounds like a good one for a consumer affairs programme or a newspaper finance column. (Your difficulty getting your 12 months 0% as stated and the lack of action resolving the issue)
If you did get one to take it on I bet it would be possible to resolve it overnight rather than the year + it has taken you.
How about writing to BBCs money box radio programme ?
I agree that you should try and pay it off and then you can continue to try to resolve the interest issue as well.0
