"Stolen" Pavement

I used to live near a close where there were no pavements, but a pavement's width into each front garden were bricks marked Highway Boundary a couple of meters apart. Presumably the council could come along and put pavements in, but they don't want to spend the money.Make £2026 in 2026

It is quite a big assumption that the LA have adopted the road. They are not at all keen to take on something that involves extra expense. Presumably the highways department would know.peterhjohnson wrote: »
