Lloyds Manage your data sharing

I see this new option Manage your data sharing in Lloyds online banking. It is under Your Profile and says it will show Open Banking connections. I have not allowed my Lloyds to be accessed by Open Banking so there is nothing to show. How can I create one? Is it not yet possible to see other account from Lloyds? I am interested in seeing my Santander transactions using Lloyds online banking but not the app.
