citibank saver

Hi,
Has anyone got the citibank flexible saver account issue 3 which pays around 6.2%?
I would be interested in having feedback on this institution and the specific account.
The downside is that there is no branch beyond London so I would have to rely on phone banking. However I cannot find any other account that has the same conditions as this one with other providers. RBS seem to offer an account with limits on withdrawals and Nationwide for example have a good rate but you cannot use CHAPS to take money out.
