Replacing Potterton Netaheat?

We have a Potterton Netaheat system with boiler and 8 radiators, it is approx 40years old, still works fine but wife wants to replace it.
Only issue we have is one of the radiators doesn't appear to work?
I realise system won't last for ever so should I replace it? if so with what? Recommendations would be helpful, I'm absolutely useless at anything like this.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

8 radiators is going to be a 3 bed house perhaps?
A 30kw combi will do the job (normally) I like the ideal logic or Baxi 600/800 series, mid range, good price and good warranty’s.
You may want to consider changing the heating pipework as it may be a 1 pipe system0 -

Do you have a hot water tank or a combi system?
The fact that one radiator doesn't work may be because the pump is weak and not the radiator. Is it the furthest from the pump?
Do you have TRV heads on all radiators?
What happens if you turn down all the other radiators? Does the 'broken' radiator work?Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0
