The fact that Thomas Cook are insolvent and have ceased trading doesn't mean that they have no money in their accounts and no assets.
Admittedly, the aircraft are all probably leased or have finance secured on them and the shops are probably rented on leases as well, but that does not mean the company has no assets.
The administrator will deal with this.
