Judgment or Order letter re: Excel Parking Services Ltd

Hi,
I received a "General form of Judgement or Order" letter. I understand that the proceedings are on hold but failing to understand the finer points. I would appreciate some advice re: content of the letter.
Letter:
Before district judge ....
Upon in being recorded that:
1. This is a claim by Excel Parking ....... (claimant) for unpaid parking charges due for alleged contravention of parking regs at.....
2. In several recent cases involving Vehicle Control Services Ltd of ......, District Judge .... has issued the attached generic order.
3. In case no. xxxx before Court Vehicle Control Services have applied to set aside that order.
4. The claim in this case is identical to the claim (case no. xxxx) above mentioned and stands to be struck pursuant to the generic order.
5. It would not be just or proportionate to issue the generic order or to progress this case without firstly hearing the claimant's application to set aside the generic order in (case no. xxxx).
6. The appropriate order is for these proceedings to be stayed generally with liberty to restore pending the outcome of the claimants application in case no. xxxx
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT
1. The claim is adjourned generally with liberty to restore.
2. This order having been made by the court of its own initiative a party affected by it may apply to have it set aside varied or stayed pursuant to CPR Rule 3.3 (5) and (6) provided such application is issued by 4pm on 2nd Oct 2019.
I would really appreciate some A&G on this please. Thanks very much in advance.

It simply meeans the progress of the Claim against you has been suspended pending the outcome of that other case.
Nothing for you to do about it.
When the appeal against the Judgment in that other case is determined, the court will write to you again.
That 'other' case is widely reported on here, and the outcome of that appeal is being followed with interest.
