SABA/ZZPS Debacle

We are now at QDR stage where the "penalty notice" has transmorphygressed into a parking charge as seen many times before! I won't bother with the letter as it has been seen many times before.
My response:Dear QDR Solicitors
I note with interest the contents of your letter referenced above.
You state that you sent me this meaningless piece of correspondence in relation to a “parking charge notice”. I state with impunity that I have never received a parking charge notice from either SABA or their ZZPS parasites.
I am, however, in receipt of a penalty notice for alleged breach of byelaw 14 with an offer to pay £100 to “avoid prosecution”. I have chosen not to take up this kind offer of disposal as no offence has been committed and neither Saba nor ZZPS have the necessary jurisdiction to decide as such. I would leave such a decision as that to our learned friends in the Magistrates courts.
As a group of alleged solicitors, you should surely know you cannot morph an alleged byelaw offence into an alleged breach of contract, so I pose the simple question, which is it to be?
I also note, for the record, that you state you have been “instructed by ZZPS”. I humbly advise that, as a 3rd party debt collection agency, ZZPS could not instruct a pi** up in a brewery so please refrain from any further reference to those clowns.
I must advise you that this matter has already been subject of complaints to the BPA and the TOC. If this harassment continues a complaint to the SRA will surely follow.
I look forward to your prompt response.

Did you spot the BPA's "deliberate" mistake:-My response...I think I was a little upset!
"Therefore, as rectification, Saba have generated the following ITAL code, so that you can appeal to the Appeals Service (within 28 days from 25/11/2019). If you do not wish to appeal further, a payment of £100 will be accepted to close the parking charge".0 -

I have indeed. Perhaps I should just send them a link to the thread! I'm planning on keeping that one in the back pocket in the unlikely event the idiots issue a claim.0 -

Do you know what I didn't! They can't even keep up with their part in the whole farce themselves! I was, however, prepped for QDR's "deliberate mistake" via a combination of you fine people and Pepipoo ;0)0 -
