Are kitchen taps interchangeable with bathroom sink (not bath) taps in terms of fitting sizes etc?

I am re-doing the bathroom and need a mixer tap for the basin.
I've found one I like but it is really sold for the kitchen sink.
Are they interchangeable in terms of the sizes of fittings, plumbing needed and so on?
(The bathroom has mains pressure hot and cold water with an unvented cylinder).
I realise kitchen taps tend to be higher from the sink and protrude further but are there any differences in the actual fitting and plumbing please?

No difference in fittings.0

No difference,
Generally bath taps are connected to 22mm pipe where as kitchen and bathroom sinks are usually connected to 15mm pipe.
For ease of fitting buy two flexible 15mm tap connector hoses which will make connecting the tap pipework to the existing pipework nice and easy.0
