1. First and most important thing.... Contact your bank and inform they of what has happened. Its irrelevant if your due date hasnt arrived. The company are uncontactable, their website has been pulled and people are passed their delivery dates. Its now obvious this is a scam and the bank wont thank you for waiting "just in case".
2. Contact whoever you paid via - ie Paypal or Google and raise a dispute with them. Again point out all the facts - dont even mention the deivery date unless you want to - that could lead them to say "wait". You dont want that to happen - though im not suggesting you deceive on any details.
3. Contact the Police. Its highly likely they will just tell you its nothing to do with them and that you should contact the back. However, be insistant. Make sure they are aware of the bigger picture and that this will be reported across the country and you believe the figure could run into millions - which you think is quite serious! (We dont know it will be that much - but we dont know it wont either!)
When handing over the information, make sure you have as much details as possible. Including all the info about the company, the names of people, addresses etc. All of the order details and any web references you can get hold of. All that info should be available shortly to save any leg work.

I know Firedrake Croft. It's round the corner from where I used to live. It's a residential address - a 3rd floor flat to be precise - not the best area, not totally the worst - I just went down to have a nose. There are signs of life at their house this morning, so there's still one way of tracking them down.
Also, they've either owned the house from newbuild (2004) or they rent.0 -
If you paid by credit card and the goods are over £100 you have extra cover.0

Heya i'm doing an investigation into this scam which will later be uploaded to youtube.
Would anybody be willing to share information with me about how your experience was? You can send me an email, video message or we could interview over the phone.
Also does anybody have any tip offs? the video will be published asap. I am planning to call tomorrow (recording the call obviouslly for upload) that is ofcourse if anybody answers the phone.
I plan to visit their offices in london and coventry to see if anybody is home
Please private message me.0
