Hi, I purchased a car battery charger that had lots of additional features which were listed in the description and included the model number. When it arrived, it had none of the described feature at all (apart from being a charger). It was the same make but different model. However, revisiting their site it was the one shown in the picture. This was also the same listing on eBay with same description and picture.
I would like this charger to be replaced with the charger that they have advertised, Wher do i stand on this? They dont appear to sell that particular model going by the images of the item when googled and it is also more expensive.

If they do not sell the charger that you want, then they can not replace it.
Take/send it back and get your refund.
