Hi
Looking for some help if possible.
I sent a letter to Cooperative Bank (formerly Britannia) to check if I had had PPI on my mortgage, I didnt believe I had but thought best to check. Turned out I had so I used online form to log a complaint. That was 07/08/19, they sent an acknowledgment but no PPI questionaire, I thought you had to complete one of these?
They havent looked into my complaint yet apparently they are too busy but still haven't asked for further information is this right? They sent a letter apologising for the delay and said if I had been sent a questionaire to return it but I haven't had one, should I chase this?
TIA

They only send one if they feel they need to send one. They havent looked into my complaint yet apparently they are too busy but still haven't asked for further information is this right?
They may well ask you when they get around to it. First thing they will do is see if you had PPI or not. Then if you did, they will look at their records to see if there is any fault they can identify. If they see nothing wrong from what they have then they will ask you for any missing info.0
