Voice controlled chess

Does anyone have experience of a chess program for PC or App for android that can be controlled by voice alone for a relative who has lost the ability to use his hands?

I've followed lots of the google links, and tested some out, but have found nothing that actually works well. Ideally this would be something that ran without any requirement to touch screen/mouse/keyboard, but it would be ok for a helper to initiate a game.

OK Google, combined with Google Voice Access looks promising, but often fails to understand, or goes into sleep mode, and that's without even finding a chess app that works with it.
