Soup here again today too, one left to go and I'm all souped out lol

I'm making risotto this weekend for next week, so hopefully I will have some of that for lunch if the kids don't bag it all lol

Up to 7/17 I had a bit of a relapse last week but I am determined to hit my target.

I had homemade chicken risotto yesterday and today I have corned beef and pickle sandwich and a cuppa soup.

I am doing naff at this, definitely bought food in town once or twice, will force myself to make some lunch tonight for tomorrow!

I had a tin of Chunky Beef and Veg soup from Asda yesterday, which I was really disappointed by, it was ok but not really pleasant.

Today I have a tin of their Chunky Chicken and Veg soup, which is nice.
