    You need to tell them you're doing the permitted work as previously advised multiple times.



    You can ring DWP and ask them to send you the form.

    Ok did some enquiring and we filled the necessary forms out a few months back with my financial advocate. Thanks guys :)

    As a point of interest, did you get a response and if so how long did it take? Or maybe they just filed it without contacting you
    Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

    My financial advocate deals with it all for me, so I have no idea sorry !

    The advocacy can take a while to reply sometimes hence the initial post.
    All confirmed now i've spoken to my care company and the advocacy.



    And to be fair, that was probably before my appointee came round to fill the paperwork in
