Just transferred my FD account to Lloyds for the swiching offer, but now I just realised I have a regular saver set up. Will it keep going until the 12 months are up, or will it close instantly?

It will be become a standard savings account. With interest at that rate on your money.
You need a linked current account to have a regular saver.0 -
