I went here yesterday, there are no signs at all entering the site, well they can't really as it's shared and another PPC manages the Premier Inn half.
There are two signs in the car park itself which are high up, and the writing is so tiny I don't think you could read one if you had it in your hands.
It would be interesting to see METs photos of the signage as their little parking guy couldn't get clear legible photos of the signage unless they submitted fakes or generic ones.0 -
Well, I submitted my POPLA appeal today after getting photos of the entrance, access and main car park, clearly showing the total lack of signage at the entrance, lack of maps or marking for what makes the boundary of the premises etc. I included all my images, plus the MET one that was even darker and made the signs utterly impossible to read. Just masses of illegible small writing and no clear space.
I was a bit surprised by the POPLA web form though. They seemed to want you to use the 2000 character limited text boxes and submit a more prescriptive format, and they take pains to point out that they don't want you to appeal by copying from forums! I duly did the basics on this form and then just attached the full letter as the evidence anyway. I trust that they have to take note of the letter, not just the content of their web form...0 -
we tell people to choose OTHER and attach their appeal as a pdf, works for everyone else
the rebuttal stage allows 2000 characters , so bear that in mind when you are at that stage after MET upload their evidence pack0
