PCN Notice - Advice

Hello, I have read the newbie forum around this and have the emailed templated for a PCN appeal online. My only question is that the online appeal is asking for my email, name and address and then a message with the appeal in. In the appeal is talks about not adding in a name of the driver.
Am I okay just to fill these details in as the keeper of the car and then send that letter in?

Thank you for your reply!0 -
You talked about sending a letter in , which means by post or by email , not online
Online is submitting , not sending , a big difference
If it's an ntk by post , they already have your name and address
So yes , appeal online as keeper using the template and adding PCN ref , name , address and email0 -
Sorry at the top I said online appeal, I meant the online appeal letter template for the latter part.
They sent the PCN via post but I can appeal online, just found it odd, they would ask for all my information and then I send in an appeal not stating who the driver was.0 -
Nine times out of ten of these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking CompaniesYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Am I missing something here ..... your received the NTK which is a notice to the Registered Keeper. . And you are the Registered Keeper? If so, you appeal using the blue template from the Newbies' thread which does not say who was driving. It's that simple, the Registered Keeper appeals and does not have to name the driver.0 -

They obtained keeper details from the DVLA
The Keeper appeals with the same name and address , as Keeper
Nothing strange about it , nothing to do with the driver0 -
Hi there,
I appealed using the newbies thread and they have sent a reply which was saying the appeal was unsuccessful.
They stated the ticket was issued for exceeding the free stay allowance in the above car park.
And that I can make an appeal again via POPLA. They have not stated that it was me in the just that the ticket was issued for what I mentioned above. On the original PCN notice I got a message saying on xx/xx/2019 the above vehicle was partked at: xxxxxxx
Again there is no mention of myself being the driver.
Does this mean I can just use the POPLA template for the golden ticket and appeal with POPLA - apologies I can't link to the template I meant0 -
The fact that the response to the appeal doesn't claim to identify the driver does not equal a 'golden ticket'.
If the Notice to Keeper that was received doesn't make any mention of PoFA, then the company cannot hold a keeper liable. If it arrived more than 14 days after the parking event, then they cannot hold the keeper liable.
Do a search on here for other POPLA (successful) POPLA involving the same PPC. Check out the POPLA section of the Newbies' thread for all the 'standard' POPLA section and use / amend them. Copying & pasting is fine as long as you customise to make every word relevant to this particular case.
Photos of the car park to illustrate poor signage etc. are very useful. Or capture screenshots from Google Streetview and then embed them in the appeal. Post the draft on here for checking.0 -

Only a 'golden ticket' if that postal PCN arrived late, or doesn't have 9(2)f wording, which CEL usually hide on the top paragraph on the back.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
