Amex used to offer first rate customer service. Unfortunately, around half of UK calls are now handled from the Philippines. The Filipino staff are polite, friendly, and utterly useless. When I call Amex and get through to Manilla, I HUACA until I get through to Brighton.
(Which reminds me, I need to call them now, as a chat conversation from two weeks ago has not been actioned.)0 -
