Horizon ANPR PCN - POFA Advice

Hi all,
So I've received an ANPR type PCN (effectively NTK) from Horizon at a supermarket as the registered keeper. I've gone through the FAQ etc as well as researching historical PCNs from the firm which have suggested they do not rely on the POFA and that raisnig this at POPLA will likely be successful.
Though I've looked at the POFA section 9 of schedule 4 as suggeded in the newbies thread and it seems all of the criteria are met in the provided PCN (NTK) to rely on the POFA.
I understand that I need to send off the template response to get a POPLA code but I'm wondering where the next step is with this and how POFA is used or not used by the company.

" but I'm wondering where the next step is with this"

Supermarket is Asda Ralphy - Sorry I should have stated that I have already contacted them to complain as well as to MP as suggested in the Newbie thread.0

who did you contact ? customer services ? if so then it needs to be the manager ... let him/her know that you have /are going to email the national CEO?
they CAN cancel ..... do you have a receipt from that day and other shopping history with them ... if so then show him/her ....
this is by far the easiest way to end this ...

You don't need this scam rubbish, go straight to the CEO and show you are a customer requesting he cancels.
Otherwise you have a huge choice of supermarkets to spend your money in

Raise an online complaint on the Asda main website , let head office in Leeds deal with it and provide proof of patronage as a reason for cancellation , bear in mind their main contractor is now Parking Eye0 -
Thanks all.
Unfortunately I have been unable to get the receipt for the day in question but have provided the central complaints team with some screen shots of the £750 in card tranactions we've spent there as a family over the last six months. I would estimate we've spent a similar amount using cash.
I will contact the CEO also.
Could anybody advise next steps if this isn't sucessful beyond initial template for a POPLA code?0 -

I bet the CEO would like all his customers with that type of spend.
It's a simple question to the CEO ....... Do you still want me to spend money in future ... we have yet to see a CEO say no and please go and shop elsewhere
POPLA, you may not need it, email the CEO today marked "for the personal attention of"0 -
You were right. I received a cancellation email from the Chief Exec just now. Thanks so much for your advice all.0
