I haven't had the £7 monthly reward for September yet. All conditions fulfilled. £2 monthly fee debited on 30th. Anyone in similar situation?

    Edit: Okay then...I'm going to give them a call and see what they say...

    Edit #2: Customer agent said they were aware of problems with the reward. But mine has now been credited to my account @1420 hours
    I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

    I was also in the same situation, account conditions fulfilled, £2 fee deducted on 30th Sept.
    No £7 reward payment received on 1st Oct or this morning.
    I checked again at 15:00 and to echo the comments of "Willing2Learn", my account has also now been credited with the £7 reward payment.
    Hopefully this is now the case with everyone else.
