Victory over one parking solution ltd

I know I posted before that because of a misleading email, I believed that One Parking Solutions Ltd had cancelled my PCN, I can finally say for certain that within 24 hours of submitting my appeal, they have accepted it. It has been a long battle since June and thanks to the support and information that Parking Mad in particular dug up on this company and my determination to not give in to these people and challenge this all the way, it has been a success. After receiving letters from ZZPS and QDR Solicitors all adding their own charges on, I contacted the BPA who contacted OPS and 'suggested' they drop the additional charges and allow me to submit a Late Appeal. I am still waiting for a response from the SRA following a complaint I made about QDR Solicitors quoting the Abuse of Process with reference to the court ruling by District Judge Taylor on June 10th 2019 about solicitors and debt collection agencies adding their own charges on to the PCN. I am interested to see what their response will be.
All I can say is, if you know you are in the right then don't give into these companies. I know it is stressful for most people, but there are plenty of people on this forum who have a lot of experience with these companies and how to deal with them. Good luck to all of you out there!
