PCN notice received in NI - not sure what to do as its wrong

Hi all,
Can't find anything on the forums about this so bit unsure, I received the usual PCN today from ce-services. Normally in Northern Ireland this are not enforceable so can ignore but in this case the charge is completely wrong. The form says I entered a car park and left the next day 26 hours later (Considering I drive to work everyday this is a just a hint wrong) but in reality its the marks and spencer I went to for groceries on both days, so theyve mixed up the 2 visits. Should I a) appeal and skip out on the variety of letters or b) ignore it as per usual and don't give them my details.
help is greatly appreciated

No keeper liability in Northern Ireland , so doesn't matter what the driver did or didn't do
Complain to the retailer of landowner , using the royal "we"0 -
Thanks very much! Will do!0

No trying POPLA as in NI they insist on the driver being admitted, which you WILL NOT be doing.
But complain to the retail park owners and send a keeper appeal to the scammers, telling them this is a double dip case and their ANPR failed, as usual, so they can do one.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The sticky thread for NEWBIES that asks you to read it before posting is quite clear on this.
In NI, it is option b, ignore.
I do not understand why you want to tell the world who did what, who normally does what every day, who went for groceries etcetera.
Only the driver can be liable in NI, so why post to the whole world what the driver did?
The keeper complains to the landowner but otherwise ignores.
The driver keeps their mouth shut and says nowt.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
