Tumble dryer tripping out

I have a new(ish) condenser tumble dryer (2 months old). Today, mid-cycle, it tripped out the fuse board. The switch won't flick back on... i've no clue about electrics or tumble dryers ... can anyone advise what I should do? Huge thanks!

If the switch won't flick back with the tumble dryer unplugged it suggests that there is a problem with the socket where it was plugged in. If it will reset with the tumble dryer unplugged, then the fault is with the tumble dryer. As it's only a couple of months old I would get on to the supplier for a replacement as the one you have clearly isn't fit for purpose.
If the problem persists with the tumble dryer unplugged you will need to get an electrician in.
