Extra Energy credit...getting it back
Hi all.
I know this will have been asked many, many (many) times....but cant find the mega thread (I read it a few months back).
I was with EE, running a credit of approx. £150 (but have no evidence of that other than monthly meter readings).
I was transferring from EE to Spark when they both went bust. Spark obviously has kept going. EE customers were taken on my Scottish Power.
I have emailed SP on numerous occasion about the credit, and they just say they get back to me when it's all sorted.
Given that people have started hearing back from SP (mega thread) and also people are having issues with PwC, I was wondering, do I still sit tight, or is there something more I need/should do to speed up the process?
Thanks :j

thanks for the reply.
I last chances SP in Aug and got a reply in Sep 2019 saying they are still working on them and just sit tight.
I assume that's all I can/need to do?0
