Sinking cushion on sofa from Sofology

We purchased a reclining sofa and chair from Sofology last November, the last few months we noticed that one of the cushion on the sofa is sinking lower than the rest. We emailed Sofology who apologised and said they would send out a "technician" to take a look. On his visit, to cut a long story short, he said that the padding on recliners is 3 inches thinner than on a non recliner. He suggested we take this up further with Sofology. We received an email from Sofology saying that the technician has returned his report and the case is set to be solved and have sent an email to say we are not happy and want the problem rectified, so far no email.
If this had been explained when we originally made the purchase knowing the padding is thinner we would not have gone for a reclining sofa, but we were not made aware. What are our rights ?
