Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
2. Employees, and their relatives of Blue Waters Resort & Spa and the Caribbean Tourism Organization and associated companies are not eligible to enter.
3. Holiday prize includes seven nights accommodation for two people at the Blue Waters Resorts
4. The prize must be accepted as offered and is subject to availability. It is not transferable, cannot be auctioned and there is no cash alternative.
5. Reservation changes are not permitted after booking has been made.
6. The prize is valid for travel:08 Mar - 20 March 2020, 10 May - 20 July 2020, 11 Aug - 18 Oct 2020, 02 Nov - 09 Nov 2020 and 12 Dec - 20 Dec 2020 on a strict request only basis at the property mentioned above. This is subject to availability.
7. The dates for travel is not guaranteed. Sponsors reserve the right to offer alternate dates.
8. Reservations cannot be made less than 4 months prior to arrival date and are subject to resort availability.
9. The prize may not be redeemed for cash and are non-changeable. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
10. The prize is subject to changes without notice and cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter or January/February.
11. This offer also does not include Insurance; it is purely an accommodation only offer.
12. Should the hotel be sold or suffer any material change resulting in the closure of the hotel during the validity of this prize, Blue Waters Resort & Spa will be unable to honour the prize and cannot be held liable for alternative accommodation.
13. Flights or transfers are not included.
14. Eligible Participants must be in possession of a valid passport and visa, and, where necessary, must have necessary vaccinations and inoculations together with documentation proving this. They must arrange comprehensive medical insurance cover for themselves for the duration of the promotional travel.
15. The competition closes at midnight on the 31 October 2019. Entries made after this time will not be counted. One draw will be made on the 8 November 2019; and one winner will be selected randomly from all entries received. Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw.
16. All winners will be given 10 days to RSVP. If the RSVP deadline is missed the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
17. The promoter’s decisions in all matters shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Overseas departure taxes/taxes where payable and transfers and insurance are the responsibility of the winner.
19. Entries must be completed on the website. No robot or automated entries will be accepted.
20. Entries must be submitted in the name of a single individual. The individual submitting the entry is the only individual who will be entered into the competition.
21. Only one entry is permitted per person.
22. Submitting your entry constitutes your consent for us to use your entry, name and photos (if applicable) for editorial, publicity or social media purposes.
23. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. The sponsors, and not the Caribbean Tourism Organization, are responsible for the prize and have the right to alter such prize if necessary.
24. On acceptance of this prize, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
25. It is a condition of this prize that the recipient provides Blue Waters Resort & Spa, within 7 days, a minimum of 1 photo of themselves holding the prize certificate, for social media / travel media publication.. Failure to provide a suitable picture will result in the withdrawal of the accommodation prize
