Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated. Hoping the dodgy trader doesnt bother trying to pursue this further because I wont give up. The stress and time waste that this has caused is immense
We have to advise the customer that if the chaegeback is successful, that the retailer may/can pursue you via other means. Also if they do reject the chargeback. There is still the S75 option to fallback on.
Although with the evidence you have, it would be a long shot on their part.Life in the slow lane0
