My ex was found by csa that he didn't have to pay a penny, I have wondered for years how he did this. I have recently discovered he got his employer to lie on the form, he would've needed to pay approx £400 a month on what he earned. She is now 24, I struggled as a single mum to work full time, pay my mortgage and care for my daughter who is also autistic. Does anyone know if I can legally private sue for this? She will never be able to work, this money could do wonders for her future, or has he just got away with it 😔
