Disability premiums?

Hi again,
To further my post from earlier today,
Can anyone tell me if a disabled person (getting full rate PIP) would be able to claim the regular disability premium and enhanced disability premium if they're living with a non-dependent?
For example, if someone lost their entitlement to the SDP, due to needing a live-in carer, would that then be replaced by the regular DP and the EDP top up? Or would ALL disability premiums be withdrawn?
Thanks.

It depends what benefits he's claiming. If he's claiming Income Related ESA then the Enhanced disability premium (EDP) is automatically paid if in the Support Group. If in the WRAG then it would also be automatically paid because they are receiving Enhanced daily living PIP.
This premium isn't paid while claiming any other benefit.
The other disability premium is only paid if claiming Income Related JSA or Income Support. It's not paid on ESA.0
