If it sounds too good to be true and if you are being given the heads up on a deal that is sooooooooo good...
....Consider this. Why doesnt the company borrow money at a low interest rate to invest for a guaranteed return of 9%. Why should they share this fantastic deal with mere members of the public. The business and the businessmen behind it would want to keep all the profits themselves...

a company as stated above have asked me too invest 20.000 in government backed housing with a return of 1.800 per year tied up for 3 years in an ISA the company your options exist on companies house but only been around since feb 2019 it's a great return on investment but not sure as i have to go through another company called satchi holdings plc alexander david securities and copia wealh management who are all on companies house i dont know if it's all ligit can anyone help me

Basically you are going to loan money to a company that will loan it out to other companies that are supposedly investing in some kind of asset backed security. It is not clear what the ultimate assets are, there will be layers of costs and none of the companies Involved appear to be have been around long or have directors with much experience.0

An interesting sequence of single director companies which close after 18 months, some without posting any accounts. What could possibly go wrong investing in someone with that amount of experience of business start-up! :rotfl:0
