Hi. I have submitted my PPI claim before the deadline and I mistakenly went through Which. Now that I have been advised I am entitled to claim monies back can I go direct to the banks to continue my claim or do I have to continue my claim through Which who I originally went through to apply?

You are not "entitled to claim monies back" though!:eek:Hi. I have submitted my PPI claim before the deadline and I mistakenly went through Which. However, if you've been informed that you had PPI on your finance you can make a mis-selling complaint if you have valid reasons to do so.
You can do this directly without any third party.
Note that Which does not charge for use of their E-Mail templates so why you think it was a "mistake" is a mystery.0
