DELL Monitor - which model (Chinese writing)

Hi, I bought a monitor on Gumtree earlier in the year and now want to sell it.
The problem is that I cannot see what model it is as the writing is all in Chinese (see image below) so I cannot get the written description of it.

Has anybody got any ideas on working out what model it is from the Chinese writing?
