Buying from Ebay using Paypal credit 0% interest free

Hi,
I'm about to purchase from Ebay using Paypal credit and the option of 0% interest free for 4 months.
I'm at the checkout page and see the option for Paypal credit but below that it says from £14.86 a month. That makes me think it's the 24month instalment plan.
Is there the option of selecting 0% a bit further on in the payment process?
