Packlink playing up?

I'm struggling to print postage for Packlink / hermes packages via ebay.
I'm getting stuck in an infinity loop of trying to agree to the app using my data.
Anyone else had the same issue, and if so, any solutions?
I've tried different browsers....

Packlink told me the answer and it worked.
The issue you are describing seems to be related to the cookies setting on your internet browser. I would like to ask that you please follow the appropriate process below, depending which internet browser you are using:
* Chrome:
* Go to Preferences --> Advanced --> Clear browsing data --> Select at least "Cookies and other site data" --> Clear data
* (Optionally, if this does not solve the issue) Go to Preferences --> Advanced --> Site settings --> Cookies --> Make sure the option "Block third-party cookies" is not marked
* Firefox:
* Go to Preferences --> Privacy & Security --> Cookies and site data --> Clear data... --> Select at least "Cookies and site data" --> Clear
* (Optionally, if this does not solve the issue) Go to Preferences --> Privacy & Security --> Set websites to "do not track signal" to show you do not want to be tracked --> Only when Firefox is set to block known trackers
* Safari (Mac):
* Go to Preferences --> Privacy --> Manage website data... --> Remove all or search "packlink" and remove and search "delivery.ebay.co.uk" and remove
* (Optionally, if this does not solve the issue) Go to Preferences --> Privacy --> Make sure the option "Prevent cross-site tracking" is not marked
* Safari (iOS):
* Go to Settings --> Safari --> Under "Privacy & Security" section click on "Clear History and website data"
* (Optionally, if this does not solve the issue) Go to Settings --> Safari --> Uncer "Privacy & Security" section and unmark the options "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" and "Block all cookies"
* Microsoft Edge:
* Click on the three dotted icon"..." to access Settings --> Privacy & security --> Under "Clear browsing data" click on "Choose what to clear" --> Select at least "Cookies and saved website data" --> Clear
* (Optionally, if this does not solve the issue) Click on the three dotted icon"..." to access Settings --> Go to Advanced Settings --> Under section Cookies select Don't block cookies
* Microsoft Internet 11:
* Click on the top right hand side Configuration icon --> Internet Options --> Browsing History --> Delete --> Select at least "Cookies and website data" and click on "Delete". If it does not work, repeat operation but this time remove the check from the option "Preserve Favorites website data"
* (Optionally, if this does not solve the issue) Click on the top right hand side Configuration icon --> Internet Options --> Privacy tab --> In the Settings section click on Advanced --> Mark the option Override automatic cookie handling and select Accept for both First-party and Third-party cookies0 -

Please please PLEASE don't use Packlink. They have zero customer support. My eBay sale has been undelivered for TWO WEEKS now. They only have online chat, no phone number. I have been in a queue to online chat for 45 minutes and I'm 7 in the queue. Avoid Packlink0

I can second that. Hermes misplaced an item I sold, fair enough, they were easy to deal with; just wanted 48 hours to search for it then admitted it was MIA. It all went wrong when I started trying to claim through Packlink. I've had to provide the same information multiple times and they're incredibly slow.
I'll be going direct to a courier for my next batch of eBay sales.0
