Hi, we have a 2 year old sofa from SCS, we took out the cover where according to the salesman any spillage etc and they will come out as many times as necessary within the 5 year cover period and clean the WHOLE sofa even if just one cushion is affected. We do have a couple of stains and have booked a visit from a ‘technician’, the appointment slot is only 30 minutes, so my question is does anyone have experience of Castelan coming out and will they really clean the whole sofa like the saleman said or will they just do what’s affected?
