Shed electric wiring not working?

Hi there,

I am seeking for help or advice.
I have recently wired up my shed from my house using a 3 cire SWA cable and when I turn it on seems like there is no power going through the cable to the shed. Ill explain how I wired it the best I can:

At the back of my house there is a spur box which the SWA cable goes into the "out" connections ( its a old box- would be called "load" on the new ones)

Then connected to the "supply" of a fused connection unit which from there goes wiring to s socket and lighting fixture.
Ive managed to find that there is no power in the SWA cable leading to the shed, but can't understand what have I done wrong.

In which case, it's time to call in a professional electrician, although to be honest, this is really something that you should have done to start with.

A new circuit supplying a shed would be a "notifiable work" and should be signed off by a competent person. The circuit should have its own MCB (or fuse) in the consumer unit so that it doesn't take out the rest of the electrics if/when it trips.

You're in the wrong place. You need an electrician.
