Minster Baywatch Parking Fine now with Debt Recovery Plus

Options
I have been issued with a letter from Debt Recovery Plus for a fine of £155 for parking in my own space at my accommodation but without showing a permit.

At the time, I had just moved to my apartment with my partner and we had been issued 1 parking permit and waiting on our second permit to be sent. My partner was parked in the 'Visitor Parking' space with our permit and I was in our numbered space.

The fine was issued in 2 months ago but the letter was sent to my old address as my vehicle was still registered there but now it has found its way to my current address from Debt Recovery Plus.

I am worried that they have issued many more and I cant see them because the person living in my old address has just returned any post that has arrived for me to the sender.

I have tried to contact Minster Baywatch but they never answer and are obviously running a dodgy operation.

I have sent a letter to Minster Baywatch asking for evidence and any further information they have on my vehicle and a letter to DRP saying I deny the debt until I hear from MB.

Does anybody have any advice or experience that links to either of these companies?

Any comments would be appreciated!

IGNORE drpl , they are powerless

email a data rectification notice to the DPO MINSTER to get the correct address recorded , and the old address erased , attach proof of this with redacted utility bill and a copy of the V5C etc (ensure your driving licence and V5C are updated asap with the DVLA otherwise each can carry a real fine of £1000 , making up to £2000 for tardiness)

also email the DPO at Minster for copies of all docs , pics and data too, today, again attaching your proof of ID under the GDPR

as I said earlier , IGNORE drpl , but Minster are a real parking company and should not be ignored

read the NEWBIES faq sticky thread thoroughly , near the top of this forum, especially post #1

Don't waste your breath with these down and outs with no power

    IGNORE and never contact them.

If you get a letter before claim, (never from DRP) come back here

Email their privacy page contact, a rectification notice with your new address.
