Comms broker pretends to be a comparison web site These are the two websites that takes you to http://www.opticsinternet.com/ https://uk-isp.COM and seem to only sign you up to Supanet

They actually signed and took the money on behalf Supanet when we asked for Sky (Transcript of telephone call makes it clear)

It appears they are highjacking BT SKY and Talk Talk calls
Who can we contact to report their shady dealings ?
Their head office/ location is given a 20 Albany Street Edinburgh EH13QB telephone 01312272666this number takes you back
to a call centre in Preston
20 Albany street is online as as a private house stay advertising luxury units
I want to find out how I can find out who is responsible for ths company the online staff dont seem to know who I can formally write to

Ofcom I'm guessing.

They both use the same 0800 number so definitely linked. According to companies house, the address given for UK ISP (presuming this is the same company) is 1 & 2 the Barn Oldwick West Stoke Road Chichester West Sussex PO18 9AA. Doing a search on that address gives no less than 346 companies registered there so it's purely for business purposes.

Thanks for that I have reported Supanet to Ombudsman and Ofcom Action Fraud Trading Standards Financial Services Ombudsman MP Any other Ideas
