Boiler pressure issue?

If anyone has any advice on this it will be greatly received!

We have a Worcester Greenstar 30i ERP combi, it’s just under 2! years old. In the last few weeks our hot water has been very intermittent, I’ve just taken a look at the panel and the pressure is at 0.

We’ve read the manual, and watched YouTube videos but we don’t seem to have any of the parts required to remedy this. There is no key (although there is a space for one?) and we can’t see where it would go anyways. There’s no blue handle to turn, and there isn’t a metal hose! I’ll attach photos , if someone could please advise how to fix this ourselves we would be very greatful!

At 0 , no ch will be available, and theyv already said there is no blue lever.

Then obviously they have the make or model wrong.

The description on the YouTube video is the same as their model.

They mentioned a metal hose , which is a filling loop , which is not on that model but IS on other makes of boiler.

If the blue lever is missing they can still activate the valve by pulling down on the pin with a pair of pliers

It may be they have a different model by the same manufacturers that uses this method , a plastic key held in the cover on the bottom. Video of this type

For the pressure to drop to 0 there must be a leak, maybe very small somewhere.
Why not get the installation company to come and check/service the boiler and show you how to add pressure? Plus have a good look at the heating system pipes, joints, radiators etc looking fot leaks.

If your pressure is at 0 & you continue to use it you will wreak the boiler, post up some pics of the boiler/valves underneath/pipework use a photo hosting site & post the links here as text.

It could have a keyless link or a filling loop

No they won't it won't run the CH, and won't affect the hot water. Boilers have their own built in protection.

We will do if needed, it was a bit of a disaster of an installation though and I’m not entirely sure who to contact any more. It’s due a service in November so we would likely contact the company we paid to do that last year.
