adding wireless speakers to a system

I have an old (but still workable) audio set up based around a Quad 33 pre amp and a Quad 405 amp with wired speakers.
I have added a headphone amp
(sAp-11, http://www.smsl-audio.com/productshow.asp?id=143 )
into the circuit to enable me to listen using my Sennheiser 420 headphones (which have a 6.3 mm stereo jack)
I would like to be able to listen to music in other rooms in the house and was wondering if it is possible to plug a transmitter type device into the jack on the headphone amp and have a receiver device coupled to active speakers for use elsewhere.
I would welcome suggestions for suitable kit.
