Fiat 500 Issue

I bought a 6 month old Fiat 500x in March this year for £13k. Six weeks after I had it the engine light came on and the speed limiter kicked in when I started it and I was unable to drive the car. I called roadside assistance and they said it sounded like a faulty wire so they replaced it and it worked fine. He said if it ever happened again, to continually restart my car until it cleared.
Since then this has happened at least every 2 weeks, some weeks 3-4 times a week. It's been back and forth to fiat for various repairs and it's still not fixed. Some fiat garages say there is nothing wrong with it, others have made replacements to parts and it is still broken.
Where do I stand asking Fiat for a refund? I have an hour+ commute in a morning and my woes are wearing thin with my employer. Im having to work from home when I have no car or im in late because I've sat for 40 mins restarting my engine.

You need to get in contact with the supplier you bought it from - that's who your contract is with, not Fiat UK. If you bought from a Fiat dealer, then they're a separate business to Fiat UK. You've clearly been talking to several Fiat dealerships, not just the supplier.0

I've been taking it to several dealerships as the dealership I bought from doesn't exist any more so I can't take it back to them.Pay off Debts by Christmas 2015 = DEBT FREE!
