PCN in Camden

I have received a PCN today (from The London borough of Camden) from £130 but there are a few things bothering me. It is a genuine mistake for parking there. Obviously if I knew that at the time I would have parked somewhere more appropriate.
The date of the contravention was 24.08.2019. The date of the notice was issued on 25.09.2019. Do PCNs have to be issued within 28 days?
Secondly, I recorded my parking location using my phone and my friend who I was with recorded the same location data using Google timeline. The street the contravention occured was in the next street.
Thirdly, when I returned to my car a few hours later there was no PCN on my windscreen but on the photos there was one attached. It moves me on to my next point - the pictures attached to the PCN does not clearly show it was of my car. On the picture it showed a front view (with notice in window) but the registration plate is impossible to see. Then there is a picture of the side of my car which was just of the inside of the car from the passengers side (no pic of the PCN). Then there was a picture of the back of the car where you can just about make out my registration plate and a fourth picture of the penalty notice on the windscreen with no way of identifying it as my car.
I have just noticed they have made a spelling error in my name. It probably won't benefit me in any way but might be with mentioning.
How would I proceed with this? I have parked in the same location on previous occasions but have not received a ticket.
