So you bought a used car, without viewing it, test driving it, or verifying anything about it by the usual methods of inspecting the V5, HPI check, or service history? You then had it accepted for delivery in your absence, so not even the most basic check could be made of it's condition?
You may well have been mis-sold, but you seem to have got yourself into this position largely due to your own omissions.

Carried out a HPI check, the car came with a warranty and was listed as FSH. I checked out the company via companies house - going since 2010 apparently. Only had a few reviews on auto-trader but they were good.

The car was over 200 miles away. Always some risk buying remotely granted but if I had inspected the car and the oil light came on most of the way home I'd be in exactly the same position. The misfire became apparent on day two and I contacted the dealer immediately.

Regarding the service history - you must be in possession of the V5 and travel to the nearest Audi dealership to access the digital service record. That said, I should have demanded FSH proof before purchase, can't argue there.

9 years old (2010 model). It has a service logged digitally in 2011, 2013 and a physical receipt in 2019
