Tonik energy switch cancelled?
Just saw an email that arrived late in my inbox and too late to call now.
I switched to tonik in August via energylinx and had setup my readings etc already but suddenly was told today that I am switching elsewhere by the email (doesn't say to who and no email from another supplier) and that the direct debit was cancelled.
Any idea what may have happened?
